Service Description

The Foundation of the Lineage In Level I, students are introduced to the heart of Reiki: learning how universal life force energy flows through the body, how to cultivate presence, and how to begin a self-healing practice. This level focuses on understanding energetic principles, developing awareness, and creating a gentle relationship with intuitive guidance. Students learn foundational hand placements, basic techniques, grounding tools, and supportive lifestyle practices that help integrate Reiki into daily life. This stage is all about building trust, stability, and receptive stillness.
